چکیده
Climate change and anthropogenic habitat destruction have led to the extinction of many species. Ostrya rehderiana (Betulaceae) is a typical rare endangered species, only five wild individuals survived. In 1980s, offspring trees were planted for ex situ conservation grown into stable cultivated populations. To protect O. resources, genetic diversity structure this species analysed using SSR markers. A total 167 alleles detected among 116 from population populations at 12 loci. The level was He = 0.88. Genetic differentiations occurred (Fst 0.17), which also validated via an analysis molecular variance (AMOVA). TM1, TM2 WC showed considerable differences WP based on Bayesian clustering analysis, phylogenetic tree reconstruction principal coordinate (PCoA). had more than one. Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Iranian tulips revealed by EST-SSR and NBS-LRR Markers
The genus Tulipa L. (Liliaceae) comprises about 100 species and Iran is considered as one of the main origins of tulips. In this research, genetic diversity and population structure of 27 wild populations of tulips collected from Iran were studied by 15 highly polymorphic and reproducible expressed sequenced tag-simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) markers and 8 nucleotide binding site (NBS)-enzyme...
متن کاملGenetic population structure and differentiation of Western Iranian Oxynoemacheilus argyrogramma (Heckel, 1847) using SSR markers
This study was carried out to investigate the genetic diversity and population structure of 90 specimens of Oxynoemacheilus argyrogramma collected from Sepidbarg, Gamasiab and Ghaleji rivers, in the west of Iran. Analyses using three microsatellite loci indicated that the average number of alleles in the population was 12, which was well above the reported values for freshwater fishes. The expe...

15 صفحه اولAnalysis of the Genetic Diversity in Citrus (Citrus spp.) Species Using SSR Markers
Abstract Determination of genetic diversity level is important in clarifying genetic relationships, characterizing germplasm and the registration of new cultivars. In this study, genetic variation among 56 accessions (G1~G56) of Citrus including several undefined local or native genotypes and some known varieties in Jiroft, Kerman province, Iran was investigated using SSR markers. In total, 12 ...
متن کاملAssessment of Genetic Diversity and Population Genetic Structure of Corylus mandshurica in China Using SSR Markers
Corylus mandshurica, also known as pilose hazelnut, is an economically and ecologically important species in China. In this study, ten polymorphic simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers were applied to evaluate the genetic diversity and population structure of 348 C. mandshurica individuals among 12 populations in China. The SSR markers expressed a relatively high level of genetic diversity (Na =...
